“Kaushlam-2025” Faculty Development Programme Successfully Conducted at National Institute of Ayurveda, Panchkula
Panchkula, 15 December: A one-day Faculty Development Programme (FDP) titled “Kaushlam-2025” was successfully conducted at the National Institute of Ayurveda, Panchkula, with the objective of strengthening administrative efficiency and enhancing institutional governance.
The programme was chaired by the Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Sanjeev Sharma, who guided the participants with his valuable insights and leadership. Addressing the NIA team, the Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor emphasized the importance of administrative awareness, effective coordination, timely decision-making, and strict adherence to rules and procedures for the smooth functioning of the institution. He highlighted that strong administrative competence is a vital complement to academic excellence.
The FDP featured interactive group activities and focused discussions on key administrative aspects, including office procedures, documentation practices, teamwork, communication skills, and problem-solving in day-to-day official work. Members of the NIA team actively participated in group exercises and discussions, sharing practical experiences and challenges, which made the sessions engaging and outcome-oriented.
The programme witnessed enthusiastic participation from team members across various departments. The interactive format encouraged collaborative learning and fostered a deeper understanding of administrative roles and responsibilities within the institution.
The training concluded with a vote of thanks, acknowledging the guidance of the Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor and the dedicated efforts of the organizing team. Overall, “Kaushlam-2025” proved to be a constructive initiative towards building a leadership mindset and promoting efficient and transparent institutional functioning.
