8 Commercial Properties Sealed in Chandigarh's Sector 26 and 47 for Building Violations
The enforcement staff of Estate Office under the supervision of Sorabh Kumar Arora, Asstt. Estate Officer today sealed 8 commercial properties in Sector 26 and 47, Chandigarh for building violations. The action was taken after the passing of orders of SDM (East) Nitish Singla, PCS.
In the order, the SDM stated that the owner and tenants failed to comply with the directions issued to them for removing building violations. The Administration has a zero tolerance policy over the illegal violations in the city
The sites that have been sealed are
- SCO-61, Sector-26, Chd.
- SCO-87, Sector-26, Grain Market, Chd.
- BL-42, Timber Market, Sector-26, Chd.
- SCO-58, Sector-47-D, Chd.
- SCO-105, Sector-47 C, Chd.
- SCF-13, Sector-26, Chd.
