Dhamtari: A grand, historic, and spiritually vibrant reception ceremony was organized at Maa Matangi Divya Dham located in Ji-Jamgaon of Kurud block in Dhamtari district, on the arrival of the National Gaurav Rath. The presence of nearly 20,000 to 25,000 devotees transformed the entire area into an atmosphere filled with devotion and patriotic fervor.

The event was held under the guidance of the Peethadhishwar, Dr. Prema Sai Ji Maharaj, who emphasized the message of national awakening, cultural unity, and religious consciousness. Maa Matangi Divya Dham, also known as the Trikal Darshi Dham, is recognized not only for spiritual practices but also for its contribution to social and cultural awareness.

While interacting with the media, Dr. Prema Sai Ji Maharaj spoke about Hindu awakening, cultural harmony, and national consciousness. He also urged the Chhattisgarh government to include the lives and contributions of great personalities in academic curricula so that the younger generation can connect with the nation’s glorious heritage.

As part of the program, the National Gaurav Rath was ceremonially worshipped at 5 PM, followed by a grand procession and devotional bhajan-kirtan. The spiritually charged event continued with great enthusiasm until 11 PM.
It is noteworthy that the National Gaurav Rath Yatra was organized by the Chhava Bharat Kranti Mission as part of the National Shiv Jayanti Festival 2026. The yatra, carrying a sacred idol of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, aimed to spread the message of patriotism and cultural unity across the country.

The journey commenced on February 14 from the Kalika Mata Temple in Nashik and passed through Sinnar, Shirdi, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Nagpur, and Raipur before reaching Jagannath Puri in Odisha. The International Shiv Jayanti celebration was held there on February 19 with devotion and dignity.
The grand reception at Maa Matangi Divya Dham emerged as an inspiring example of national unity and cultural pride while spreading the ideals of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj among the masses. Organizers described the event as a proud and memorable moment for the state of Chhattisgarh.
