GITI-28 Organizes Blood Donation Camp

Chandigarh, 1 June 2026: A Blood Donation Camp was successfully organized today at Govt. Model Industrial Training Institute (GITI), Sector 28-C, Chandigarh, in collaboration with PGIMER, Chandigarh. A total of 86 units of blood were donated by trainees and staff members of the institute.

The camp witnessed enthusiastic participation from trainees and staff, while the organizing team ensured smooth arrangements and actively motivated participants to contribute towards the noble cause.

Er. Shri Arun Kumar, Principal, GITI-28C, Chandigarh, appreciated the dedicated efforts of the staff and commended the donors for their valuable contribution to society. Addressing the participants, he emphasized the importance of voluntary blood donation and encouraged trainees to continue participating in humanitarian and social welfare activities.

The camp concluded successfully with active support and cooperation from all stakeholders.
