Before the roadshow, the Chief Minister visited Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Park and paid floral tributes to the statues of Mahatma Jyotiba Phule, Savitribai Phule and Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar. On this occasion, local MP and Union Minister of State Rao Inderjit Singh, Election In-charge and Haryana Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs Minister Rajesh Nagar, and Rewari MLA Laxman Yadav were also present with him.

Haryana Government’s 21 new resolutions will transform urban local bodies

Addressing the public gathering after the roadshow, the Chief Minister said that the government has taken 21 new resolutions for the overall development of municipalities, municipal councils and municipal corporations, through which the face of these areas will be transformed. He appealed to party workers and supporters to remain active till the election results are declared, go door-to-door to connect with people and ensure every vote goes in favour of the Lotus symbol.

Strong public support witnessed in Dharuhera

Expressing gratitude to the people of Dharuhera, women, youth and elderly citizens, Sh. Nayab Singh Saini said that the enthusiasm and energy with which people welcomed him should continue to grow till the elections. He said that this public support should not remain limited to just one programme, but should continue with full energy till the polling day, and every voter should strengthen the Bharatiya Janata Party by voting for the Lotus symbol. The Chief Minister appealed to the people to ensure a massive victory for BJP Chairman candidate Ajay Jangra. He said that the Haryana Government will work rapidly towards the overall development of Dharuhera and transform the region.

Emphasis on women empowerment

Highlighting the achievements of the government in his address, Chief Minister Sh. Nayab Singh Saini said that out of the 217 resolutions taken after the Assembly elections, 63 have already been fulfilled, while work on the remaining resolutions is progressing rapidly. He said that Congress had promised to provide Rs. 1000 to women in various states, but the tenure of those governments is nearing completion and women are still deprived of that benefit. In contrast, the Haryana Government has fulfilled whatever it promised. Under the Lado Lakshmi Yojana, the government has provided financial assistance of Rs. 2100 directly into the bank accounts of women, and now the scope of the scheme has been expanded to include women with annual income up to Rs. 1,80,000. Along with this, an initiative has also been taken to provide LPG cylinders at Rs. 500 to reduce kitchen expenses, ensuring real benefits to women. The Chief Minister also inaugurated the election office.

Union Minister of State Rao Inderjit Singh and Rewari MLA Laxman Yadav also appealed to the people present at the gathering to vote in favour of the party candidate.

On this occasion, BJP Rewari District President Vandana Popli, Election Co-Incharge Kamal Yadav, Gurugram Metropolitan District President Ajit Yadav and other dignitaries were also present.
