Hon’ble Governor of Uttar Pradesh, Smt. Anandiben Patel, visited the Modern Coach Factory, Raebareli on 09.05.2026 along with officers and employees from Raj Bhavan and led the Chintan Shivir and Management Efficiency Enhancement Programme organized for the officers and staff members of Raj Bhavan.
During the Chintan Shivir, the Hon’ble Governor laid special emphasis on strategic, action-oriented, efficient and result-oriented guidelines aimed at enhancing work efficiency and coordination among the officers and employees of Raj Bhavan.
Group discussions were also organized during the Chintan Shivir on transparent administration, innovation-based work culture and related subjects.
Interacting with officers and employees, the Hon’ble Governor highlighted teamwork, innovation and work culture as the foundation of institutional success.
Shri Raman Krishnan, General Manager, MCF, briefed the gathering about the achievements earned by MCF during the past years.
Thereafter, the Hon’ble Governor visited the factory premises and inaugurated newly installed machines in the Wheel Shop. She appreciated the significant role being played by MCF in strengthening the “Atmanirbhar Bharat” and “Make in India” initiatives. Raman Krishnan, General Manager, and Vivek Khare, Principal Chief Mechanical Engineer, briefed the Hon’ble Governor about coach and wheel manufacturing activities at MCF.
The programme was conducted in a highly dignified and enthusiastic atmosphere.
