The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has officially released the CA January Exam Datesheet 2026 on its website, icai.org. The schedule covers the Foundation, Intermediate, and Final courses, along with post-qualification assessments like the International Taxation Assessment Test (INTT–AT) and Insurance and Risk Management (IRM) Technical Exam.
For Final course exams, Group 1 papers will be held on January 5, 7, and 9, 2026, while Group 2 exams are scheduled for January 11, 13, and 16, 2026. Intermediate course exams for Group 1 are planned on January 6, 8, and 10, 2026, and Group 2 exams on January 12, 15, and 17, 2026. The Foundation course will take place on January 18, 20, 22, and 24, 2026.

The exam timings for different courses are as follows:
Foundation Course – Paper 1 and 2: 2 PM to 5 PM
Intermediate Course – Paper 3 and 4: 2 PM to 4 PM
Final Course – 2 PM to 5 PM
INTT–AT – 2 PM to 6 PM
IRM Technical Exam – 2 PM to 5 PM
Additionally, candidates appearing for post-qualification courses should note that the International Taxation Assessment Test will be conducted on January 13 and 16, 2026, while the Insurance and Risk Management Technical Exam will be held on January 9, 11, 13, and 16, 2026.
ICAI will release the CA January Exam Admit Card 2026 3 to 4 days prior to the start of exams. The admit card, also known as the hall ticket, will be available on icai.org. Candidates must download it as soon as it is released to avoid last-minute issues.
